This position reports to the Product Director and will manage a team of designers. This role is based in our Chicago office (hybrid).

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Web Software Engineer to join our Web Team. In this role, you will work on building and optimizing web applications, built with Next.js, leveraging and contributing to our backend API, written in Kotlin and managed by our Cloud Team. This role offers an opportunity to work across the stack, leveraging modern web technologies to deliver scalable, performant, and secure web applications. You will collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineers, designers, and product teams to ensure seamless user experiences. This role will report directly to the Lead Web Engineer. This will be a hybrid role based in the Chicagoland or Bay Area.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Cloud Software Engineer to join our Cloud Team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize our backend systems and APIs, which form the backbone of our platform. You’ll work on services deployed in Kubernetes (k8s) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and contribute to our real-time data processing pipelines. You will collaborate closely with the Data Science team to integrate their stream processing algorithms into the platform and with the Data Engineering team to support the Datalake and Python-based workflows. You will collaborate with other engineers to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, and performant, supporting critical healthcare applications. This role will report directly to the Lead Cloud Software Engineer and is a hybrid role based in the Chicagoland or Bay Area.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. In this role, you will deliver robust analytical methods for productization and to expose and explain phenomena of interest in clinical physiological data. This work specifically includes the responsibility to develop, advance and validate the analytical technologies of the organization; implement, test and deliver production code into the product to generate analytics; implement, test and evaluate competitive and prior art analytics technologies; support statistical analyses of the company’s clinical studies and trials; develop patentable inventions; develop and implement software tools for algorithmic research and clinical statistical analysis; and document analyses, algorithms and related product features. This position is heavily involved in advancing the core analytical capabilities of the company’s products in accordance with the our adopted design controls. This is a hybrid role that will report to the Chief Science Officer in the Chicagoland or Bay Area.

The Director of Data Services is a key technical leader responsible for overseeing project implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the company’s wearable sensor-based patient monitoring platform. This role focuses on extracting and delivering actionable business analytics, creating data-driven insights to address operational and logistical challenges, and automating critical tasks to drive successful product adoption among the clinical user base. The Director will collaborate closely with the Engineering, Data Science and Operations teams to deliver custom datasets, investigate and remediate platform issues, and enhance product functionality. Additionally, this role will support security and privacy initiatives aligned with adopted frameworks to ensure compliance and data integrity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys developing and implementing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is excited by diverse projects, prefers working across multiple technologies and systems, and has experience or interest in continuous physiological data. They are not confined by a single programming language, a specific product module, or a narrow function. The position will begin as a “player-coach” role, where hands-on contribution is combined with leadership. As the organization grows, this role will focus on building and leading a team. This is a hybrid role that will report to the Chief Science Officer in the Chicagoland or Bay areas.

Prolaio is a digital health startup on a mission to transform cardiology through smart data science and innovative technology. We’re looking for passionate and curious interns interested in cloud or mobile software development to join us this summer. You will gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, and receive close mentorship from experienced and talented engineers and scientists. This is a 10-week internship working 40 hours week. It will report to the respective Engineering Leads and is based out of our Chicago office as a hybrid role.
